Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding non-business days and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for in-store pick-up.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available within Canada only at this time.

We offer a $15.00 flat rate tracked shipping option for unlimited items in a single order or a $6.00 untracked letter mail option for 1 light flat item only. We offer FREE shipping with orders over $200.

IN-STORE PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 137 Byron Street N., Whitby, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday/Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 12pm to 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
